摘要：
The first half of the paper analyzes the different forms of technology transfer, their advantages and disadvantages, putting emphasis on the criteria to choose the best form of technology transfer. The second half analyzes the legal impact of each form of technology transfer, highlighting the main contractual dispositions necessary to conciliate transfer and protection of technology between firms.
