摘要：

Information Technologies (IT) have become strategic and essential for business development. In this context, IT management has evolved to business driven IT management solutions. Following this evolution, Configuration Management process plays a key role by providing accurate IT information to other agents such as business, people, processes, tools and technologies. In this sense, agent's interoperability has been characterized as a major research challenges in network and services management. This paper presents a proposal of IT Service Configuration Management domain ontology. The purpose of this ontology is to provide a conceptual model of this domain committed to maximize expressivity, clarity and truthfulness of the concepts belonging to it.
