Automatic Impedance Matching Using Simulated Annealing Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms for RF Circuit

摘要
In this paper, an automatic impedance matching method based on simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithms (SAPSO) is presented. A PI impedance matching network is used and tuned by a SAPSO controller. The tuning algorithm iterates until the matching point is reached. Simulations and results of the SAPSO tuning method are proposed for RF circuit with different load impedances. Comparison of the proposed SAPSO tuning method with conventional particle swarm optimization (PSO)-based tuning method is also given, which shows that the SAPSO tuning algorithm is much faster and the reflection coefficient obtained are also satisfactory.
