ON THE ISSUE OF DIGITALIZATION TRENDS IN THE FIELD OF SYSTEMATIZATION OF LAW

the authors discuss the topic of modern trends in digitalization in the field of systematization and publication of law. Despite the seeming forntality of such a question, today there are already some problematic aspects that need prompt regulation. This article contains an overview of the means of legal regulation of one of the earliest manifestations of information technology reference legal systems, the advantages of databases of this kind, as well as some relatively legal characteristics with progressive, in our opinion, the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Issues such as determining the status of legal reference systems, the possibility and necessity of their legalization, and at the same time the status of the electronic documents themselves, addressing the issue of the degree of compliance of the unofficial electronic form of the document with the official original, the status of clarifications that pop up along with the normative act, the creation of a preventive policies regarding errors in the display of legal information, which may be caused by objective patterns in the display of texts or software limitations , etc. The authors offer some options for solving existing and potential problems in order to optimally advance legal regulation.
