Between the boundaries of genres : to tell " every day life "

This article will examine the challenges of three contemporary texts having a new orientation in their structure in order to represent the daily life. Drole du temps of Benoit Duteurtre, Tu attends la neige, Leonard? and Du virtuel a la romance of Pierre Yergeau are among the texts that are difficult to classify or to identify under one generic nomination or according to a specific formal structure. Our study seeks to find a relation between the fragments and the desire of the authors to describe and to register the everyday life. However, we will rather try to justify the close link between the poetic of concision and representing the daily life. It is true that the fragmented structures and hybrid forms in literature are not an innovation in contemporary literature. Moreover, the second half of the 20th century testifies the existences of multiple forms, but our study shall explore the significance of such a plural form in the texts that we are examining.
