摘要：
Photonic generation of ultrawideband monocycle pulses is experimentally demonstrated by using a cascaded semiconductor optical amplifier and electroabsorption modulator. The polarity and the shape of the ultrawideband monocycle pulses can be electrically controlled and optimized. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America
