Analysis on Financial structure of Pharmaceutical Listed Companies

The optimal financial structure of listed companies was directly associated with enhancing the market value of listed companies, strengthening investor' confidence, as well as the healthy development of security markets. This paper selected 38 private pharmaceutical listed companies as samples and used the data between 2005 and 2007 to make empirical analysis of their financial structure status. Firstly, the scope of the study included not only three long-term financing, that is, equity financing, debt financing and retained earnings financing, but also commercial credit financing. So the current financial structure status of the private pharmaceutical listed companies was reflected more objectively and comprehensively. Secondly, the problems of the financial structure were analyzed. In the end, the paper put forward some solutions to optimize and improve the financial structure of private pharmaceutical listed companies.
