摘要
This article intends to discuss the complex dynamics and mismatches of the modern city through the novel Angosta: the city of the future, by the Colombian writer Hector Abad Faciolince. In order to understand the experiences and experiences of the characters immersed in the chaotic and violent urban space of the globalized capitalist society, the neglected study resorts to the theoretical postulates of Garramuno, Ludmer, Bourdieu, Derrida, Sarlo, Ette, among other authors that help in the understanding of the overlaps. relations between literature, culture and society. In this perspective, we compare the identity construction of the fragmented subject in the midst of the inconstancy of the city and the urban imaginary.
