摘要：
The article deals with the problems of the assessment problems of socio-economic development of a region for stakeholders groups, socio-economic indicators are offered, methodological approached to statistic and expert parameters for economic and social indicators calculations are described, analysis stages and assessments of regional development are marked out, new modern approaches to socioeconomic development of regions are studied on the basis of separate indicators, subindicators and indices, and also calculation results of them.
