摘要：
The aim of the article is to develop a model for perfecting the procurement process in the security management system in the supply chain based on the case of the surveyed automotive trading company. The model uses EPC notation to present the basic disruptions in the supply chain and proposals for their elimination or reduction. The model verification was carried out based on the statistical data collected during several years of observation of the procurement execution time delays in the surveyed company and on the application of the Monte Carlo computer simulation method.
