摘要
Zinc oxide porous film consists of nanoparticles which assemble forming flake-like particle is synthesised through pyrolitic of chemical bath deposition product. Zinc oxide film consists of nanoparticle around 20 nm with surface area of 58.6 m(2)/gram is obtained in this work. Fabricated dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) shows 1.56 % conversion efficiency with 0.44 V open-circuit voltage (V-OC) and 7.19 mA/cm(2) short-circuit current (J(SC)). Impedance spectroscopy of the cell is fitted based on equivalent circuit describing electron transport and recombination.
