DO FINANCIAL LITERACY AND FINANCIAL ATTITUDES PLAY A ROLE IN INFLUENCING FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR?

摘要
The fashion business, which is one of the sectors in the creative economy, has decreased in performance during the pandemic. This study analyzes the effect of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial management behavior in creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector in the city of Bandung. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research and multiple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. Questionnaires were used as a data collection tool which were distributed to 66 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously financial literacy and financial attitudes had a significant effect on financial management behavior. This means that it provides a guide on how to better understand financial literacy and financial attitudes that will have an impact on financial management behavior, for that it is necessary to conduct more intense learning and seek information related to financial governance.
