Analysis on Satisfaction and Factors of Rural Medical and Health Services - Empirical Analysis with the Ordered Probit Model Based on Shandong Province Survey Data

The paper is the evaluation of the efficiency of health services in rural area based on Shandong province survey data. This paper surveys 2015 based data related to health services in rural area in Shandong province construct ordered Probit model status and the related impact on the satisfaction of rural medical and health services measure the factors analyzed. Final main conclusions are: (1) Current satisfaction rating of rural residents of rural health services are different from the average point of view, close to the "General"; (2) Rural residents satisfaction rating of health services mainly by health personnel factors affecting the level of technology, facilities and medicines, the medical costs and the level of service attitude of health personnel evaluated four medical institutions, and the degree of influence in descending order; (3) Age of the rural residents, health status and whether or rural cadres the individual characteristics of the relevant factors, such as the three towns enterprise managers evaluate body also significantly affect their satisfaction with the evaluation of health services. On the basis, this paper further puts forward specific proposals, concerning the improvement of the rural medical and healthcare service satisfaction from these aspects which are the technical level of health workers, the rural medical facilities, the price of medical and healthcare service, service awareness and attitude, the way of medical and healthcare service, etc.
