摘要：
This paper discusses the current education techniques using Web or Internet to deliver course (subjects) in higher education. It focuses on how an existing course Construction Technology III is being developed into an on-line course as a supplementary and complimentary e-leaming to substitute the traditional face-to-face delivery mode. It displays the benefits of e-learning to the students, the faculty and the University.
