摘要：
This paper focuses on stakeholders and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in new countryside construction. For this purpose, we try to explore the potential long-term new countryside construction through two case studies of Fushun County and Sunan County in China. Our goal is to assess the CSR participating in the sequence of economic events that will lead to rural area modernization. According to new countryside construction, we show how the investment of the enterprises with CSR on agro-industrialization or hydropower will transform the rural economy fundamentally and is contributing to the construction of harmonious society.
