摘要
Manual software fault modes and effects analysis (SFMEA) often relies on the experience of software analysts, and has problems such as low accuracy, poor objectivity and low analysis efficiency. It is important to realize the automated analysis for SFMEA. This paper proposes a detailed-level SFMEA automatic analysis framework based on the code model according to the requirements of detailed-level SFMEA automated analysis. First, the general idea of the automatic analysis framework is given, and then the research solution of the construction of the software code model, the automatic identification of software faults, and the automatic analysis of the influence of software faults are explained, which provides the guidance for developing the automated tool of the detailed-level SFMEA.
