摘要
The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used for the analysis. The optimum analysis of cast aluminum joints in the aluminum lattice shell structures was introduced. In the process of optimum analysis, the size of cast aluminum joint in the lattice shell structures were taken as the design variable. The restraint conditions such as strength, rigidity, stability, cross section dimensions and the connections with other members were considered at the same time. A greenhouse consisting of a large-span space structure of aluminum alloy lattice shell structure at the Shanghai Chenshan botanical garden exhibition was used as a practical example. On the basis of the ANSYS software, after establishing a finite element model of cast aluminum joint, a simulative analysis was carried out for selected typical working conditions. After advancing structural optimization design, the bending rigidity and tensile stiffness of the cast aluminum joints were increased. By comparing the results of the analysis before and after optimization, material was saved while cast aluminum joints had the same carrying performance. The suitability of cast aluminum joint optimization design was proven.
