Study of oxygen content and dielectric function of YBCO7-δ by EELS

摘要：
We have measured by electron energy loss spectroscopy the energy and momentum dependence of electronic excitations for the compound YBCO7-delta as a function of delta. For the determination of the important parameter delta, we use an approach based on the study of plasmons in addition to the modelling of the O-K edge already proposed. The methods give equivalent results but the collection of the low loss signal is however easier.
