摘要
Nowadays, wearable devices are becoming more and more present in medical applications. Wearable sensors integrated in complex mobile health (mHealth) systems are starting to change the traditional healthcare approach into a smart healthcare system centered on the patient. Hence, remote and continuous acquisition of physiological signals by such mHealth systems can increase prevention and early detection of health problems, reducing the cost of care. In this paper, a mobile biopotential acquisition system with three textile electrodes embedded in a T-shirt is developed. For performance evaluation purposes, the physiological electrical signal generated by the heart, the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal, is recorded both with the proposed mobile acquisition system with textile electrodes and with the standard acquisition systems that uses common AgCl disposable electrodes. The experimental results prove that the proposed mobile acquisition system can achieve similar performance with the standard approach, in recording robust physiological signals.
