摘要：
A systematic for the light proton rich nuclei with constant T-Z = -3/2 isospin is proposed, where a survey on their structure have shown interesting features. Preliminary results of a re-analysis on the sctructure of O-13 nucleus is also presented. This O-13 nucleus have been investigated by the 3-neutron pick up (He-3,He-6) reaction, and new levels have been assigned for this nucleus.
