Comparison of Genetic Diversity Revealed by RAPD and SRAP Marker in Non-heading Chinese Cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp Chinensis Makino) Germplasm

摘要
The genetic diversity of 64 accessions of non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis Makino) germplasm was analysed by RAPD and SRAP, respectively. The results showed that the number of site and polymporphic site as well as the rate of polymorphic site amplified by SRAP were 60.25%, 72.94% and 7.85% more than those by RAPD, respectively, which indicated that the polymorphism of SRAP was higher than that of RAPD in non-heading Chinese cabbage. B. C. var. communis showed the most abundant genetic diversity among the tested varieties based on Shannon information index calculated from RAPD and SRAP data. And the genetic diversity of non-heading Chinese cabbage was the most abundant in Jianghuai region compared to other sampled areas. The measurement of genetic variation based on RAPD and SRAP showed that the variation mainly existed among different non-heading Chinese cabbage populations. Little gene flow indicated that there were high genetic differentiations among populations.
