摘要
Experience marketing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pays more attention to the experience of the customers, and it is also the better tool of ERP implementation. According to the research about experience strategy of ERP, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the theory of experience marketing are combined to set forward an evaluation model. Finally, this paper makes an evaluation of experience strategy in ERP based on AHP and also gives some advice on how to implement the strategy.
