The research based on AHP to analyze strategies of improving tourist satisfaction: a case study on Jiuzhaigou scenic spot

摘要
Increasing tourist satisfaction is a significant but difficult issue, which has aroused a wide attention from tourism academic circles and all over tourism industry. The aim of this paper is to present countermeasures for it by questionnaire survey and applying AHP to analyses of the main factors which influence the tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the concepts of adaptability, social comparison, and effect of satisfaction accumulates have been introduced. Moreover, the principles of long-term planning and dynamic construction have also been proposed to improve the dynamisms and pertinences of the strategies.
