摘要
Tunable narrow-linewidth operation of an Yb-doped fiber amplified-spontaneous-emission (ASE) source is reported. The source yielded 135mW output at 1040nm and could be tuned from 1034nm to 1084nm. The prospects for improvement in performance are considered. (C)2009 Optical Society of America
