摘要：

The involvement of proteasome in neuronal differentiation was investigated. Immunoreactivity for proteasome existed in the neurites and growth cones, when neuronal differentiation of PC12h cells was induced by nerve growth factor (NGF). A proteasome inhibitor (benzyloxycarbonyl-leucyl-leucyl-leucinal, ZLLLal) caused neurite outgrowth th more rapidly than NGF. ZLLLal also tended to activate tyrosine hydoxylase (TH), though TH activity in ZLLLal-treated cells was not significantly different from that in control cells. These studies suggest that proteasome may play some important roles at least in elongation of neurites during neuronal differentiation.
