摘要
In report will be consider Ukrainian case of development Project management life cycle model for the fast growing innovative company in turbulent environment after "orange revolution" in Ukraine. Project management vision based of the one of next models-Fog, Cloud, Horizon, Looking glass and Pyramid. Vision in turbulent environment gives us risks, challenges and opportunities. Business life cycle used as the navigation for the fast growing innovative company. Business life cycle following next steps-survival, childhood, fast growth, maturity and aging. There are some bifurcation point among life cycle-market vulnerability, professional project management transfer crises, autonomist crises, corporate relation crises, louse of control and crises of trust. For each bifurcation point created scenario for support fast growing project. Project management life cycle model the fast growing innovative company used as strategic instrument for development Project Management as the profession in Ukraine. Step-by-step procedure of development project management maturity for the fast growing innovative company from vision to reality in turbulent environment are: (1) Development fast growing business life cycle model with expectation of changes and crises. (2) Creation of balance development strategy for fast growing innovative company in frame-business, integrated management system, innovative technologies and products. (3) Integrated project management methodology base on common using interrelated approaches-system, project, process and scenario. Important parts of project management methodology for development maturity for fast growing company are scenarios for reaction on the turbulent environment. These scenarios will be considered in report. Organizing management system in a fast growing company is always like an action movie, when everything changes every second. Business progresses so rapidly that everything that was approved yesterday and not defended today will most probably become obsolete tomorrow. Development starts with formulating a vision of the future of the company(Figure 1).
