摘要：

The article grounds the necessity of principles and methods transformation in balancing the system of national accounts which are formed for estimation of national wealth of the countries on the basis of international standards. Key directions and measures for improvement of methodical support are determined, and it is offered to introduce into the practice of the Ukrainian national accounting and for other countries the comprehensive presentation of the economic results of the institutional sectors activity and of the country in general in the stock dimension.
