摘要：
This paper intends to explore Romanian companies' orientation towards corporate social responsibility (CSR), focusing on the initiatives sought by Romanian small and medium enterprises in implementing CSR at the level of their organizations, The paper tries to paint a picture of the connection established so far between SMEs and the concept of CSR, in the same time seeking to highlight the positive aspects as well as the potential constraints that SMEs may face in order to effectively engage in CSR activities and obtain the outcomes desired.
