摘要
In the last decade there are intensive research and patent activities concerning SOFCs in the world. In the present work the status of SOFC development in Europe, Japan and USA is shortly overview. The aim is to summarize the innovative research regarding the patent branch in SOFCs development. Objects of the review are JP-, US-, DE- and EP-classes of patents. A background and classification of the SOFC are presented and advantages and limitations are marked. The attention is focused mainly on SOFCs with respect to the basic design (tubular, planar and monolithic) concepts, the materials for construction and their processing according to the patents. Examples of the inventions, as well as selected proofs about materials used, air- and fuel- electrodes, electrolyte/interconnect structures, fuel cell stack and etc. are an object of overview. fit conclusion progress and evolution priority of the leading companies in the world regarding SOFCs development and innovation steps are indicated.
