摘要
Importance of higher education opens discussions in many European countries. Trends in increasing number of university graduated in many of these countries bring positive effects for both individuals and a society, on the other hand in the time of an economic crisis causes imbalance between appropriate employments of these people. Paper focuses on selected aspects of labour market for university graduates in the Czech Republic, using comparison of proceeded data of real and expected earnings of students from selected economic faculties in 2012 supported with information about other data which possibly can influence their expectations. Introducing both primary and secondary data from Czech labour market this paper aims to give readers an inside into situation with higher education and its opening the question of future trends and perspectives in structure, number and level of earnings of these university graduates.
