摘要
A carefully designed system of simulation the management information combined with decision support system can be an important tool for the top managers of the power system which are planning a strategy of extension the electric power system (EPS) and optimizing its operation. It is especially useful in the case when the discussed energetic company has been changing the management policy from the central planning method to the distributed one; and the power plants, transmission and distribution networks belong to the different owners. The proposed system consists of some procedures, of which the most important are: data acquisition, management information, simulation of possible future states of considered power system and decision support. The data taken from SCADA system, describing the level of power and energy demand are transferred to the identification model and during the next stage there is processing in the neuron's network. The possible scenarios of events and relation among the distributors and consumers of the electric energy are simulated and the results of simulation are used to support the decision making. The rules of energy market are applied to concern the given economic circumstances. A developed system is designed for supporting the training of the EPS district manager.
