摘要
This article is the result of a master's dissertation on land income in the production of urban space. This part of the unpaid capital gains corresponding to the appropriate worker's share by the landowner. This discussion led us to consider that land income is a valid category for the analysis of the urban question. under the triad: landowners, capitalists, and working-class space, in the context of globalization, that has the land as fictitious capital, the object of financialization in the credit system that ensures the extraction of income from land, real estate expansion and speculation. It was then, as main objective to analyze how the process of extracting income from land has contributed to the production of urban contemporary space and consequently to the maintenance of socio-spatial contradictions.
