摘要
This paper considers an MAP/M/1 retrial queueing model with Markovian flow of breakdowns repairable servers. In the case of blocking, the blocked customers join the infinite waiting positions retrial group in accordance with an FCFS discipline. It assumes that the server is unreliable and repairable. The main queueing indexes are derived by a quasi-birth- and-death (QBD) process. Besides, we conduct some numerical examples to illustrate the effect of the parameters on several performance measures.
