摘要：
The press reports a growing unease in our health care system. On the one hand, there are dissatisfied, demanding patients, who are reportedly more and more numerous tc file complaints. On the other hand, doctors, carers in greal difficulty, with figures to back them up, who attest to an increasing rate of professional exhaustion, depression ana suicide.
