Spin-wave resonance in thin metallic films with negative surface anisotropy

摘要
The results of macroscopic complete FMR theory (CT) are briefly introduced for a metallic thin film with arbitrary value of electrical conductivity in normal configuration (NC). The possibility of experimental excitation of anti-larmor resonance modes is commented. It is shown that the more common insulator theory leads to an inaccurate determination of material parameters from experiments on thicker films with high conductivity. The CT formulas are applied for evaluation of SSWR experiments at NC on thin Si/Fe/Si sandwiches, measured at frequencies around 5, 17 and 25 GKa. Experimental conclusions concerning the complete static saturation of the samples are presented.
