摘要
This paper deals with the conceptual design of a 42 GHz, 200 kW continuous wave gyrotron operating in the TE5,2 mode with radial output coupling. The basic motivation and selection criteria are discussed and the design of the resonant cavity, magnetron injection gun, radio frequency (RF) guiding system, quasioptical output coupler and RF window is presented.
