摘要
We generate spectrally pure microwave signals by beating two sub-Hz semiconductor lasers locked to an optical microresonator with an agile tunable spectrum. Microwave signal with phase noise of - 25 dBc/Hz at 100Hz and -90dBc/Hz at 10 kHz are generated in this way.
