摘要：

The purpose is to study an evaluation problem for the performance of knowledge management, Firstly, according to the process of knowledge management, the organizational structure and the income of knowledge. management, an index system involved process of knowledge management, organizational structure, income of financing, and instance of efficiency are established. Then, based on the system a synthetic evaluation method for the performance of knowledge management is presented. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
