摘要
Lubrication oil system is an important component for aero engine. Oil lubricates bearings and takes away heat generated in the engine. Proper assessment of oil system thermal effect is of great importance. This paper presents a method for aero engine lubrication oil system thermal analysis. It combines 0-D network method for system analysis and 2-D FEM thermal analysis for bearing chamber temperature field calculation by using ANSYS APDL language, which could well consider the heat transfer effect of the atmosphere around bearing chambers, and help for the optimum design of oil system. Treatment of bearing friction heat and application of boundary conditions in the calculation are analyzed. Thermal analysis of a specified engine's oil system is made.
