摘要
By analyzing China's SMB development status and business environment of ecology for Innovation, it illustrates that SMB has become a main pillar of economic development and social stabilization. However, in our country either domestic or foreign investment-oriented economic that have achieved great success in a condition for the local reason, besides the reform policy and open to the world. Primarily point out that SMB should insist technological innovation and focus on their responsibilities of social and economic benefits, and protects environment during the process of China's economic transformation. In the meanwhile, for ensuring China's SMB to develop healthily we should cultivate and optimize both exterior and interior business environment for them. Furthermore, under the condition of globalization, governments need play an important role in public service; in fact, China's SMB should pay more attention to their strategy management and innovation. Because of SMB was as one of a social citizens for its social identity, and so it should assume its triple responsibilities better when she was keeping on her way to develop and grow up in future.
