摘要
The goal of the design of this new monitoring and diagnostic system was to increase the control and operation reliability and efficiency of the turbounit. This system is capable to increase informatics of the data of the main sources of the absolute and relative vibration and offers ways to identify vibration sources. The structure of the monitoring, protection and diagnostic system depends on the function of the machine in the technological system and energy scheme. The main novelty and originality of this system is the design and installation of the monitoring and diagnostic system, as well as more accurate defect identification not only of the six rotors bearings, shafts position in the bearings including, but technical condition of whole rotating system.
