摘要:
It presents an acceleration sensor with magnetic fluid. The analysis and design to the magnetic field of the permanent magnet for magnetic fluid acceleration sensor are carried on. Then the magnetic fluid static state distortion is obtained through static state analysis. Finally, the magneto-mechanical coupled dynamic model, based on the finite element method, is established, which can incorporate the design of magnetic structure.
