Disrupted sleep with a high prevalence of sleep related movement disorders (SRMD) in particular PLMD and/or RLS and sleep related breathing disorders (SRBD) have been extensively reported in ADHD children, less so nocturnal seizures, disorder of arousal (DOA) and bruxism. We report our baseline results obtained by means of standardized clinical video polysomnography (vPSG) with full EEG montage (10-20 International System) in 18 male ADHD children and how they substantially improved their sleep with suppression of seizures and DOA and reduction of interictal epileptic discharges (IEDs) and RLS symptoms.
