摘要
A measurement and data management system over the Internet, which is used for the satellite communication channel state monitor, is addressed in this paper. The system is very useful for the small ground station of satellite communication. The advantage of the system is to use Internet as control network. This system can operate the Spectrum Analyzers and signal sources over the Internet. The data is record in a server. The system security is discussed also since the system is very important.
