摘要：
The paper presents a 3D analytical model on the transient temperature held induced by pulsed laser irradiation on a homogeneous and isotropic body of matter. The cases of a semiinfinite solid and an infinite sheet of finite thickness are discussed. The dependence of thermal properties on temperature, the radiation and reflection losses are taken into account. Some computer simulation of possible laser treatments are shown in the paper.
