摘要
This is a case study on the use of the Lider Sim game with graduates from the Pharmacy graduationstudents and its role in mediating the debate on communication and leadership processes, and it analyses both the potentials and the limitations of this digital media in the teaching and learning processes. The experience took place at a public university in Salvador, Bahia. The pedagogical practice was divided into three phases: first a collective discussion on communication and leadership as skills to be developed by the pharmacist for a better healthcare practice; then a free interaction with the game; and finally an evaluation of the pedagogical practice. As a result, the use of the digital game allowed the students to experience an innovative, more meaningful and challenging experience, which stimulated their cognitive abilities, focusing on problem solving and decision making teaching also enabling them to better experience the content and to get involved with the topic proposed through the mediation of a digital game.
