摘要
Aiming at the problem of unreasonable planning of support schemes in the design stage of missile equipment, especially newly developed equipment or equipment lacking historical experience data, a design-oriented simulation method of missile equipment support system under multiple disturbances is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a layered and blocked hybrid simulation framework is constructed. The equipment, support, management, and environment agents in the equipment support process are abstracted, and the interaction mechanism of these four types of agents is determined according to the support process and information transmission links. Then, two types of disturbances affecting equipment support decision-making are analyzed, and the equipment fault disturbance and personnel error disturbance models are established. The dual clock mechanism is used to realize the disturbance injection during the simulation process. According to the equipment maintenance support process and the state transition process of the agents, the recovery behavior model of the support system is established. Finally, a certain type of missile equipment is selected to carry out example simulation. The simulation results of support resources are compared with the initial design scheme of the equipment and the actual demand of the equipment, which provides a new idea for formulating a reasonable and scientific support scheme in the design stage. © 2022 Journal of Northwestern Polytechnical University.
