摘要：
The paper analyzes the main variable in the supply chain system technology level, and studies the small-medium enterprises lacked of capital will become the "short board" of supply chain system technology level, which will weaken system performance of supply chain. Finally the paper introduces a new and feasible finance model as the supply chain finance to solve the financial problem of small-medium enterprises that the "short board" is strengthen and the system performance is also improved
