摘要：
Beginning from the difficulty of bank financing of SME, and analyzing reasons that results in this status, and puts forward to industrial cluster can help to solve the difficulty of bank financing of SME, the basic reason is that there is easy to form good report mechanism and credit cluster effect in the industrial cluster. At last the author brings forward to establish cluster credit mechanism from the three aspects (establishing cluster credit management department. credit file of small & medium-sized enterprises and credit information publicity system).
