摘要：
This paper clarifies the inner relationship of marketing decision support instruments, and discusses their inherent operating mechanism. In particular, the paper puts forward the point that the concept and the components of the MDSS should be adjusted by "problem orientation". The paper aims at providing new direction for the practice of MDSS and make MDSS serve the marketing practice better.
